  11. At this time you will receive an agreement letter from us stating what medical and non-medical services we will facilitate, your exact total package costs, and also your responsibilities as the patient.

  12. Now it is time to remit Your First of Three Payments, please.

  13. We will now plan and coordinate your complete medical trip for you and confirm Your procedure schedule.

  14. We will furnish you with Your Medical Traveler Preparation Checklist and communicate frequently as we organize your medical trip.

  15. You will then receive Your Medical Traveler Package and Itinerary.

  16. Naturally, our American and Canadian team located here, will be in regular contact with you throughout and as you near your departure date.
